By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. 2. Account Registration You must register for an account to use the Platform. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 3. Use of the Platform The Platform allows you to create and manage bots for WhatsApp Business and send automated messages to your contacts. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws, including WhatsApp’s and Facebook’s policies. You will not use the Platform for: Sending spam or unsolicited messages Harassing, threatening, or violating the rights of others Distributing malware or harmful content Engaging in any illegal activities 4. WhatsApp Business Compliance Your use of the Platform is subject to WhatsApp Business Terms and Policies. You are solely responsible for your WhatsApp Business account, including compliance with WhatsApp rules and regulations. The Platform is not liable for any actions taken by WhatsApp or Facebook regarding your account. 5. Content You retain ownership of your content, including messages sent via the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide services. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. 6. Fees and Payment (if applicable) Certain features may require payment. All fees are described on the Platform. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for any applicable fees. 7. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate your account by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will immediately end. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months (if applicable). 10.
